Sun, beach, sea and more! Enjoy this sunny and cheerful sport, illuminating the beach and uplifting the mood - beach volleyball. Albena Beach Volleyball Cup opened the beach volleyball season with a total of 16 men's and 8 women's pairs promising intriguing matches. The tournament was held at the Beach Mania Home complex and offered an exciting competition between our best beach volleyball players. Here is the time to present the finalists in the women’s championship – the tile goes to Kyoseva / Alexandrova after 2: 0 (21:16, 21:10) against Dimitrova / Koleva in the final of Albena Cup. In the men's event, Milen Stoyanov and Miroslav Gradinarov won the tournament at Albena Resort, Bulgaria after 2: 0 (21:15, 21:11) against Lachezar Stoimenov and Dimitar Vassilev.

For the sixth consecutive year, Tennis Center Albena organizes a tennis tournament in which over 95 participants will take part, 30 of them are from Bulgaria. Over 150 tennis matches will raise the adrenaline of all fans of this attractive sport. With all safety measures and without any audience, the matches will be held on the territory of the best tennis center in Bulgaria - Tennis Center Albena. 22 outdoor tennis courts and facilities meeting the requirements of the International Tennis Federation for organizing international tennis tournaments. The tournament is in the Platinum category and is organized with the assistance of Tennis Partner Romania, NPG Romania, Dreisam Tennis Academy.
Badminton camp in the multifunctional hall Albena
Albena takes care of Bulgarian athletes. This year, the holiday village of Albena welcomes the best badminton players in Bulgaria for a training camp in which they shall prepare well for the upcoming season, providing them with exceptional training conditions. The best Bulgarian badminton players will enjoy the wonderful conditions for accommodation and food "for champions" in the fabulous resort of Albena. Under the leadership of head coach Petya Nedelcheva and sports director Orlin Tsvetanov, the athletes will get the most out of the training camp. European champions Stephanie and Gabriela Stoevi will also attend the ten-day training camp to perfect their skills and bring new victories for Bulgaria.
And so on the last day of the training camp of the national badminton teams of Bulgaria, which is held in the sports hall of the holiday village of Albena, the friendly matches between the best players in our country in all disciplines - singles, doubles and mixed doubles, both for men and women, and for boys and girls, will be completed. Under the expert guidance of coaches Orlin Tsvetanov, Diana Koleva and Petya Nedelcheva, our best badminton players in men and women - European women's doubles champions Stephanie and Gabriela Stoevi, Olympic quota winner Maria Mitzova, bronze European medalist in girls under 15 Kalotova, the first men's team Dimitar Yanakiev, Daniel Nikolov and Alex Vlar and all other competitors from the representative teams of our country effectively conducted their training in the wonderful conditions provided by the hosts in Albena. Despite the uncertainty in the International Calendar of this sport, our top athletes are already in a suitable sports form to meet international challenges.
Bridge tournament in Perunika Hall
Albena once again surprised its guests with attractive events! The International Bridge Festival "Albena 2020" in the newly built congress center "Perunika" received applause from the Bulgarian and Romanian participants. Not just a game, but a real passion swirled under the roof of the convention center. Many famous contestants showed their master skills in the four one-session doubles tournaments, one two-session for mixed doubles, one blitz team and in the two main three-day forums - the doubles "Congress Albena" and the open team. Valya and Vesko Nikolovi from Zlatitsa performed extremely well, winning the final convincingly and becoming champions of the Albena Congress. The representatives of the hosts from Bridge Club "Albena" - Draganka and Stefan Georgievi won the doubles tournament, part of the simulant chain of Bulgaria, and with their result of 65.7% were in first place throughout the country.
