GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS for use of Aquapark Aquamania Albena

Please, READ CAREFULLY THIS AGREEMENT for the General Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions of use of the Aquapark Aquamania listed below. If you do not agree or you do not wish to get involved with them, you should not purchase a ticket.

We also inform you that a party to these terms and conditions as the owner of Aquapark Aquamania is Albena AD with its registered office and address: K.K. Albena, Administrative building. The company carries out video surveillance on the territory of Aquapark for the purposes of security and protection of its property in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 for protection of personal data.

I. Admission to the Aquapark

1. Persons under the age of 16 are allowed only with a parent, guardian or other adult who can observe and take care of them personally.
2. Persons in a clearly intoxicated state or under the influence of drugs are not allowed.
3. Pets, regardless of their size or appearance, are not allowed.
4. For the sake of safety, the personal luggage of guests can be checked at the entrance to the Aquapark. It is forbidden to enter with weapons, glass objects, incendiary substances, firearms and other weapons and any kind of dangerous materials on the territory of the Aquapark.
5. Food and drinks from outside are not allowed. An exception is made for baby foods.
6. Please leave your valuables in the safe before you enter the pool or go down the rink. Albena AD is not responsible for stolen or lost items outside safes.
7. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
8. The management of Aquapark Aquamania reserves the right not to allow or remove from the territory of the Aquapark anyone who does not observe the general conditions for use of the Aquapark or who by its actions endangers the safety in the Aquapark as a whole.

II. Safety rules

1. Compliance with safety rules and instructions by lifeguards is mandatory. In case of an adverse weather report - over wind (55 km/h), rain or forecast for heavy rainfall, thunderstorms or lightning, the use of the Aquapark facilities may be discontinued in whole or in part as long as the relevant adverse weather conditions do not go away. The value of an already purchased ticket for entry or vouchers is not refunded due to bad weather.
2. The rules stated on the signboards in the Aquapark and the instructions of the lifeguards MUST be observed. Failure to do so can cause serious harm to you and other visitors.
3. It is forbidden to jump in the pools, run, carry around other people, climb a slide, or any other dangerous games within the Aquapark. For your safety, you should wear proper shoes when moving between different attractions to to avoid slipping in wet areas.
4. Going to slides and amusement rides with goggles, clothing and ornaments that increase the risk of accidents, endanger safety or may damage the equipment is not permitted.
5. Snorkels, masks and fins are not allowed for use.
6. It is not recommended to use slides by people with established mental/physical health problems, overweight, complaints of neck, back and heart pain;
7. The use of slides by pregnant women is not recommended.
8. Children up to 1.20 m high. can use all the facilities in the children's area, and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 12 should not be left unattended by an adult companion when using the facilities.
9. The children's area consists of a children's water playground, a children's water slide "Tantrum", a children's water slide TWISTER 1,2,3,4, a children's water slide "MINI RIVER", a children's water slide "MINI PRO RACER".
10. Due to the overall hygiene, guests are obliged to use the showers before using the pools and the attractions.
11. Please, consider your overall health condition before using the slides.

III. Others.

1. During your stay at the Aquapark, please wear the bracelet you receive at the entrance on your wrist. For lost or damaged bracelet - compensation must be paid.
2. It is forbidden to book sunbeds and umbrellas in advance.

The General Terms and Conditions of Aquapark Aquamania  and the rules written on the Aquapark Signs and Lifeguard Instructions are mandatory! The Aquapark management  is not responsible for incidents and injuries caused by a visitor's fault due to non-compliance with mandatory rules and instructions.
