In order to make the website www.albena.bg more convenient and comprehensive,  Albena JSCo process personal data for each of their clients. We process personal data that was gathered during your visit of our online offers confidentially and only in accordance with statutory regulations. Albena JSCo respects customers' personal data and takes the responsibility for protection of the inviolability of it. Albena JSCo do not share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties. The collected information is used for statistical, marketing and progress purposes.

Albena reserves the right to extend and modify features, terms and conditions, and products on this website, as all alterations will be promptly published on the site.

Data we collect

When you use our online services and create a profile in the system, we collect your personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as your name, address, date of birth, telephone, e-mail address.

Personal data is processed and used by Albena JSCo in a strict compliance with the requirements of the Law for Protection of Personal Data and other applicable provisions.

You are not required to submit this information, but in that case we will not be able to provide the relevant services.

Data collecting methods

Main method for data gathering is by voluntarily provided personal information as name, gender, e-mail address - by newsletter subscription or by opening an account. Another method is by the comments in the website – they reveal IP address. “Cookies” is another method. You also need to provide personal data if you wish to buy a Priority Club Albena Card.

Account deactivation/removal

Every registered profile on Albena JSCo website could be temporarily deactivated by its user. All profile data will be saved in Albena JSCo database. Albena JSCo will not use it for any marketing or statistic purposes in this period. The profile could be reactivated at any time.

Deactivation is in action after “Deactivation” button in “Profile” Tab is chosen.

Every registered profile on Albena JSCo website could be removed by the user. All provided and collected data will be permanently deleted. It will be not possible to reactivate that profile, the user will have to create a new one.

The profile removal is done after “Delete” button in “Profile” Tab is chosen.

“Cookies” and how they work

The “Cookies” are little text files, located in the browser’s directory. They are created with loading a specific website. Every time when you open the website, the browser sends the text file to the website’s server. The “Cookies” control the way different banners and advertisements show up, also the function of different elements on the website. 

Allow/Deactivate the files

Gathering, processing and passing information

You can visit our website without sharing any personal data. Your personal data is gathered only if you provide it voluntary, for example when you make a reservation or have a request. When you make a reservation you will be asked to fill an online form, which consists: name, address, e-mail, phone number. This information is needed for processing a request and order completion (including sending you back a confirmation e-mail).

Consent and use of data for the stated purposes

When entering personal or business data (e-mails, names, addresses), revealing of data is absolutely voluntary. Entering data, you give your approval for gathering, processing and using of it, aiming contacting you or marketing and statistical purposes. Gathering, processing and using data for any other purposes is not performed. The agreement could be canceled any time, considered for future periods.

Your personal data will not be transferred unless you expressly wish to do so.

Information concerning credit card data

Albena JSCo keeps and protects submitted information about credit card details.

When choosing a payment by credit card through the virtual POS terminal at United Bulgarian Bank, the card details are only available to the bank.

In order to protect you from abuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard, we apply the best practices recommended by the international card organizations:

Security at the introduction and transmission of card data is provided by using of SSL protocol in order to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.

The authenticity of your card is checked by introducing a security code (CVV2).

In addition, in order to identify you as a cardholder, the billing server for e-commerce of our servicing bank supports authentication schemes of international card organizations, such as Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode in case that you are registered to use them.

Albena JSCo may disclose personal information if required by law or is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of the resort and its site, as well as users of the Web Site and customers of our services.

Right of information:

You have the right to request information about what kind of data is collected about you, the origin of it, recipients, also what purposes it’s gathered for. Our team will provide you this information on gdpr@albena.bg. You have right to request your personal data to be edited, blocked or deleted, according to the normative acts.
