This is the place where you can taste unique dishes from the Balkan cuisine cooked by the best Serbian chef - master Mile. Thirty-five years ago he came to Bulgaria to work at the Embassy of Serbia in Sofia. Now he tempts our guests with "pleskavitsa", skewers and other delicious which make it difficult for you to choose. In his words: "Something that is prepared quickly cannot be delicious." This is the secret of the Serbian grill. Here is his recipe for preparing one of the most famous Serbian meat delicious "Pleskavitsa" - a perfect of deliciously tasting meat with the exact combination of spices and the unique charcoal scent.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g.beaf "Black Angus" - real meat for connoisseurs, produced in our bio certificated farm.
  • 500 g. pork shoulder
  • salt
  • pepper


Preparation:
The meat is prepared with special technology that is why it is so delicious. It took 24 hours. In the first stage of preparation, cut the meat into cubes and salt it. Let it stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours. It will start ripening and will take the salt well. After a day, you can bold in mince. It first passes through a larger grid, and secondly through a slimmer. This makes minced meat denser. You start kneading until you get a nice homogeneous mixture. Then make your own wish form and bake on a charcoal grill. It is served with custom garnish. Grilled vegetables are the best choice.

The talented singer and accordionist receive from his father his first accordion on his 5th birthday. His gift of singing also does not remain hidden for a long time. For several years until 2007, Neno is a vocalist of the Martin Lyubenov orchestra with whom he has performed in many world festival stages. In 2008 he gathered his band - "RomaNeno", where traditional Roma music meets jazz in a beautiful and inexorable way
