The new 5-stars hotel in Albena Resort, named on Amelia Earhart – the first female pilot flew over the Atlantic, becomes part of the biggest German hotels brand Maritim. The contract was signed at the end of September during an official visit in the resort by Peter Wennel – managing director of Maritim Hotels International, responsible for the expansion of the brand outside of Germany.
“We confide in Albena Resort for a second time, when in 2019 Paradise Blue Hotel 5* became part of the brand - the first one in Eastern Europe. Our partnership during this period of time has been developed very successfully, covering our heist standards. And the level of the customer satisfaction is the most visible prove for that. That is why we are really happy to welcome Amelia in the family of Maritim”, said Peter Wennel during a meeting with Margita Todorova – Marketing and Sales Director and Marinela Tsaneva – Operational Director of Albena JSCo. He also add the German company was impressed and attracted by the very high quality, achieved during the renovation of the hotel, as well as the focus over the boutique experience for the guests and the authentic gastronomy, which is in unison with the Maritim`s values. „We are a family funded and owned company and that is why we believe in the human resources as a leading power for success. We invest in their professional development, affiliating them with our targets and values, which at the end reflecting to the quality of the product. That is also relevant for our colleagues in Albena Resort, who participate in regular internal trainings, and many of them work in Maritim hotels in Germany during the winter season”, added Wennel, clarifying that all of this is applied in order to be ensured continuous improving in all the services and business process.

Supplementing Amelia Hotel in this process, we are expending the summer season, and why not a year round operation with the healing mineral water in the SPA & Wellness center” said Margita Todorova after the signing the contract with Maritim. “We have already gave an account of the add value adopting the Maritim brand, especially targeting one of our top priority market as the German one. The brand is well known by the guests and is important factor which influencing their buying decision” she said.
