Albena celebrated its 50th anniversary with a memorable weekend

Albena Holiday Village is 50 years old. Officially, the date of the celebration is August 24. The whole weekend was filled with surprises and positive emotions for all the guests of the complex.
The celebrations began with the official inauguration of the largest multifunctional conference hall in the area - the Albena Perunica Hall. The ribbon was cut by the Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Albena AD Radosvet Radev, who did not fail to offer their greetings to all present:
"Albena is an example of successful privatization. Any privatization is successful when there are people behind it," the PM said in his address.

"Albena is much more than a clean blue flag beach, beautiful nature and 30 hotels - Albena is a part of every one of the people who have worked for 50 years to build it," said Radosvet Radev emotionally.
The event in Albena was also attended by Minister Krasimir Karakachanov, Minister Vladislav Goranov, Varna Mayor Ivan Portnih and other political and public figures.

The next day, the Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova was a guest of the newly opened hall. She took part of an historic moment for Albena - the burial of the "time capsule" in front of Albena's Perunika Hall. It featured: Albena's Friends, with the memories and thoughts of many of the people in Albena's history; a message from the present management of the complex; a bottle of mineral water from Albena's own sources; jar of honey - production of Albena and sand from the beach, bearing the Blue Flag for purity. Minister Angelkova shared:
"Over the years, the resort has developed and enriched its services many times over. With its good sports facilities and the newly opened Perunika Conference Hall, the complex has huge potential for various events for the rest of the year. "
After the formal cocktail in the hall, the guests were transferred to Dobrudja Hotel in front of the open stage. The trailer for a movie dedicated to Albena Holiday Village was presented there, showing the history and present of the beautiful nature complex. The guests then had the opportunity to enjoy the musical "Mamma Mia" by the Sofia Opera and Ballet with conductor Maestro Plamen Kartalov. The two-part performance was the culmination of the birthday celebrations of Albena.
Five cakes and other sweet temptations, wine and champagne delighted the event's audience. At the end of the evening, fireworks lit the sky over Albena.

The following evening, the animation teams of the complex organized After Party with lots of dancing, music and good mood. Thus Albena filled its guests with positive emotions.
