Boyko Borisov: Albena is an example of a successful business model
"Albena is an example of a successful business model. Every model is successful when there is a stable team behind it ”- these were the words of Prime Minister Boyko Borisov at the opening of the new Multifunctional Hall Perunika in Albena Holiday Village, which will host conferences, presentations, weddings, team buildings and many other events and has a capacity of up to 950 seats.
"We will work with the municipalities and the tourism companies to help them bring more tourists to Albena," said the PM.
Also attending the event in Albena were Minister Krasimir Karakachanov, Minister Vladislav Goranov, Varna Mayor Ivan Portnih and other political and public figures. Radosvet Radev - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Albena AD also greeted the attendees. He stressed that he did not expect the government to bring tourists, but hoped to assist in providing infrastructure that would attract guests from Western and Central Europe.
Today, Albena celebrates its 50th anniversary. On the occasion of the holiday, there will be an official cocktail party again at Perunika Hall, which will be attended by the Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova, as well as Environment and Water Minister Neno Dimov. From 20:00 on the Open Stage next to Hotel Dobrudja the culmination of the festive program is coming. It will host the Sofia Opera and Ballet with the musical "Mamma Mia". Albena's cooks have prepared many cakes and other sweet temptations. In the evening, festive fireworks will illuminate the sky over the holiday village.
