May holidays in Albena promise more than just a vacation: culture without borders.

The magic of choral music features the Royal Romanian Choir in a festive concert on May 2nd at 7:00 PM at the Grand Hall of the Flamingo Grand Hotel. Albena offers guests and connoisseurs of choral art a unique combination of vocal mastery and a serene seaside atmosphere.

Maestro Răzvan Apetrei, conductor of Corul Regal (The Royal Choir), promises a diverse program showcasing choral traditions from various cultures.

The Royal Choir is a leading Romanian youth ensemble under the High Patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Radu of Romania. Founded in 2012, the choir has built a distinguished artistic profile, uniting generations of young musicians in a refined and homogenous vocal sound.

The ensemble has performed on major stages in Romania and abroad, including Germany, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Moldova, and Japan. It is regularly invited to perform at events of the Romanian Royal Family and has appeared in iconic cultural venues.

The Royal Choir participates in the International "George Enescu" Festival and collaborates with leading orchestras and conductors. Its repertoire ranges from chamber choral works to large-scale vocal-symphonic projects, including works by Purcell, Handel, and Martín Palmeri.

The concert program will feature traditional Bulgarian, Romanian, and German masterpieces, as well as many other choral music gems.
