Albena Resort is still not so well known among German tourists looking for a summer, spa or sports holiday. Therefore, with its natural features, good management and attitude towards guests, the resort has a huge potential to expand its positions in our market. This was said by a group of German journalists, who visited Albena yesterday as part of their informational tour organized by the Ministry of Tourism.
"This is my second visit in Albena and for me it is a real oasis. Here, in addition to lying on the wide, clean and extremely pleasant beach, you can walk among the greenery and coolness of Baltata Reserve, do active sports, have fun with your family, try a variety of tasty and high-quality food, or take care of your health in one of the SPA & Wellness centers. This kind of abundance is not available in many other places in the world," said Geralt Ueberscher from the Berlin based media Reise Travel at the end of the tour. He added that, as a German, he highly appreciates the strict work organization that the management has managed to maintain over the years, and proof of this is the fact that one of the hotels operates under the Maritim brand.
During the visit, the journalists had the opportunity to try a themed set menu prepared by the master chefs with a focus on the products grown in Albena's farms. After the resort's emblematic cherry schnapps accompanied by a fresh salad with lemon dressing, the highlight of the tasting was the grilled Black Angus beef steak, an increasingly popular choice among lovers of premium beef. The lunch ended with an ethereal cream of homemade yogurt and a coulis sauce of seasonal fruits.
