Another success for our tennis player Zlatan Palazov
The Albena-sponsored player is part of the Rot Weiss - Berlin team
Albena-sponsored tennis player Zlatan Palazov overtook German Delph Goolke with 7: 6, 6: 4 in the final match of the Berlin-Brandenburg Tennis Tournament, which took place from November 8 to 10 in the German capital. Thanks to the victory, the Bulgarian tennis player is already in the top 100 of German professional tennis players.
Zlatan Palazov was born in 1999 in the city of Plovdiv. He won his first tournaments as part of the junior team of Lokomotiv Plovdiv Tennis Club. Then his coach was Cem Bayram. In April this year, another tennis coach, Ilia Atanasov, introduced him to the scouts of Berlin-based Rot Weiss during their tennis camp in Albena, and so the young hope became part of their team.
Albena, and in particular its German-based subsidiary Flamingo Tours, sponsors the contributions of Zlatan Palazov. He is proud to wear his team outfit, which also features the Albena logo - making the resort an increasingly popular tennis destination at European level.
There is a well maintained, modern tennis center on the grounds of the holiday village, equipped with 19 outdoor and 3 indoor tennis courts. The equipment and facilities meet the requirements of the International Tennis Federation for the organization of international tennis tournaments. The resort has professional tennis coaches amd offers excellent conditions for organizing tournaments, camps and competitions of different types. Albena's main partner is Dreisam tennis academy, a German tennis school for professional and hobby players. All this allows Albena to welcome tennis players from April to November and to be regarded as a serious destination for practicing world sports.
