Conditions for reservation changes and cancellations:

• Changes to the made reservations shall be accepted at any moment (changing dates, guest’s name, number of guest etc.) – the reservation amount would be recalculated according to the requested corrections
• Cancellations of the made reservation according to the General Terms and Conditions:
  • Are accepted and confirmed without any charges (i.e. 100% refund of the prepaid amount) if they are made within 14 days from the date of the deposit payment
  • Are accepted and confirmed by charging the prepaid deposit of 20% if they are made after 14 days from the date of deposit payment. The remaining balance (if any) of the prepaid amount is refunded;
