Fruits of Dobrudzha Festival in Stefanovo

THE APPLE BRINGS DOBRUDZHA TOGETHER IN STEFANOVO

On 3 October, the stadium in the village of Stefanovo will become a meeting place for traditions, local cuisine, crafts and creativity.

Dobrichka Municipality is organising the second edition of the “Fruits of Dobrudzha” Festival, with the apple taking centre stage this year.

The festival begins at 10:00 a.m. and will be officially opened by Mayor Sonya Georgieva. This year’s motto is “An Apple for Health and Longevity”.

CULINARY DELIGHTS INSPIRED BY APPLES

A special part of the programme will be dedicated to a culinary exhibition where participants will present dishes, pastries and desserts prepared with apples.

The creations will be judged by Chef Dimitar Dimitrov.

APPLE VARIETIES, CRAFTS AND CREATIVITY

Visitors will have the opportunity to discover different apple varieties and explore original ideas for using this popular fruit.

Participants will also present souvenirs, handmade products and artworks inspired by the apple.
