Payment terms and conditions for changes and cancellation:

- 20% advance payment up to 5 days after the booking is made.
- The remaining 80% can be paid at reception before check-in
>> Payment terms for New Year's program without accommodation:
- 30 BGN (15.30 EUR) advance payment per person up to 5 days after the booking is made
- The remaining amount can be paid at reception or in the hall
- Cancellations up to 14 days after the advance payment - full refund
- Cancellations after 14 days of payment of the deposit – annulation fee 100% of the paid advance
Important note:
- All guests who have made a reservation for New Year and/or the festive dinner of New Year's Eve must bring and present in the restaurant a valid test with a negative result for COVID-19, a valid test with a negative result for COVID-19 and / or a valid vaccination certificate;
- Albena has the right to refuse accommodation to guests who do not have the necessary documents without paying a penalty;
- The guests are obliged to follow the rules of the complex and the orders of the Ministry of Health.
