Payment:
- After booking: 25% of the total amount.
- 7 days before arrival: the remaining balance.
Terms for payment, modification, and cancellation:
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for bookings. Albena JSC reserves the right to change the package content without prior notice. The opening of restaurants, swimming pools, and sports facilities is subject to occupancy and weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation up to 14 days after the first payment: no penalty.
- Cancellation more than 14 days after the first payment: penalty of the first payment amount.
- Cancellation up to 14 days after the second payment: penalty of the first payment amount.
- Cancellation more than 14 days after the second payment: penalty of the total deposit paid up to the cancellation date.
- No-show penalty: penalty of the total deposit paid up to the cancellation date.
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the reservation date: penalty of the total deposit paid up to the cancellation date.
