Payment:
- 30 days after booking: 25% of the total booking amount.
- 30 days before check-in: the remaining balance.
Payment, Modification, and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations:
- Cancellation up to 14 days after the first payment: no penalty.
- Cancellation more than 14 days after the first payment: the amount of the first payment is retained.
- Cancellation up to 14 days after the second payment: the amount of the first payment is retained.
- Cancellation more than 14 days after the second payment: the deposit paid up to the cancellation date is retained.
- No-show penalty: the deposit paid up to the cancellation date.
- Cancellation up to 7 days after the booking date: the deposit paid up to the cancellation date.
