In case of modification, cancellation or non-use of the entire period of an already paid reservation by the client, Albena JSCo. shall refund the amount paid or part of it, on request, by charging a penalty depending on the dates of the stay:
Period: 08.06.2020 - 13.09.2020 - Cancellations without penalty are made within 14 days before the date of accommodation. After this period, a penalty of 1 night is applicable.
Period: until 07.06.2020 and from 14.09.2020 - Cancellations without penalty are made within 7 days before the date of accommodation. After this period, a penalty of 1 night is applicable.
In case of no-show of the guest at the hotel and non-use of the entire reservation a penalty of 2 nights is applicable, and the remaining amount can be refunded.
When refunding, all bank taxes, are charged to the client. In case of unexpected circumstances requiring cancellation or change of the reservation, it is necessary to provide the relevant documents or evidence. The amount of the refund is then negotiated.
If a reservation is paid with credit or debit card, the refund will be done back to the credit or debit card with which the payment was made.
