Payment Policy:
- 50% deposit within 30 days after booking.
- Remaining 50% balance no later than 01.04.2026 (inclusive).
Modification and Cancellation Policy:
- Subject to the Terms and Conditions of Booking.
- Free Refund Policy: Free cancellation (i) within 14 days from the payment date of the deposit/deposits (50%) in case of partial or full payment.
- Important: Early Bird deposits are non-refundable if cancelled more than 14 days after the payment date of the specific deposit or booking confirmation.
